Payment Policy
I. PURPOSE OF THESE POLICIES
- This Policies document is issued to provide clear, transparent, and up-to-date information regarding Palazzo Club’s operational procedures, financial transactions, and member obligations.
- All customers are encouraged to read these notices carefully.
- By participating in any gaming or related transaction at Palazzo Club, customers are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the policies stated herein.
- Palazzo Club reserves the right to amend, update, or interpret these policies in accordance with applicable Vietnam laws and regulations, and operational needs.
II. PAYOUT & REDEMPTION POLICY
2.1 PAYOUT OF UNUSED BUY-IN AMOUNTS
- Unused portions of a buy-in will be returned based on the original payment method, as follows:
- Buy-in by VND (Cash): Returned in VND
- Buy-in via Bank Transfer (VND/USD): Returned to the same originating bank account in the same currency (processing time: 1–3 business days)
- Buy-in by USD via Credit Card, or other Foreign Currencies: Returned in USD
- Important Notes:
- Guests may retain TITO tickets for future play sessions.
- Alternatively, TITO tickets may be held at the Cage under the Club’s Custody TITO Policy.
- All payouts are subject to internal verification and compliance procedures.
2.2 PAYOUT OF WINNINGS
- Winnings are paid in USD or via USD bank transfer upon guest request.
- All payouts are subject to applicable compliance checks and approval processes.
III. CREDIT CARD USAGE NOTICE
- Palazzo Club provides credit card facilities in accordance with Vietnam banking regulations and the Merchant Agreement with its authorized banking partners.
- By using a credit card at Palazzo Club, guests acknowledge and accept all applicable terms and conditions.
3.1 CARD USAGE CONDITIONS
- Credit card services are available to registered Palazzo Members only.
- A valid passport must be presented for identity verification.
- Palazzo Club reserves the right to decline any transaction that appears suspicious or violates Vietnam’s Anti-Money Laundering Law.
- All credit card transactions are strictly for gaming purposes.
- Transaction limits:
- Minimum: USD 50
- Maximum: USD 5,000 per transaction
- Applicable service fees:
- Visa/Mastercard: 3.8%
- JCB/American Express (AMEX): 3.0%
- Diners Club: 4.0%
- All gaming-related card transactions are classified as cash advance transactions.
- A sales bill must be signed to confirm authorization.
3.2 TRANSACTION VOIDING POLICY
- Daily settlement time: 07:00 AM.
- Void requests submitted after settlement will not be accepted.
- Palazzo Club enforces a strict No Refund Policy under all circumstances.
- To request a void:
- A Void Request Form must be completed and signed.
- Original sales bill or funds must be returned to the cashier.
- A copy of the sales bill will be provided to the customer.
- Refund processing time may take up to 31 days, subject to issuing bank procedures. After this period, customers must contact their issuing bank directly.
- Palazzo Club shall not be liable for:
(i) Any delay, failure, or computer processing error in providing our equipment, facilities, or services, to the extent that such issues are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
(ii) Any consequential or indirect loss arising from or in connection with our provision of equipment, facilities, or services, or our failure or delay in providing them. - By submitting a void request, customers confirm acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.
3.3 RELATED REMITTANCE SERVICES
- Guests may request remittance of remaining credit on the same gaming day.
- To request remittance:
- A completed Remittance Request Form and required identification documents (passport with all pages, visa, or residence card) are mandatory.
- Requests must be made on the same gaming day.
- Funds will not be transferred outside of gaming-related transactions.
- Transfers are processed within three (3) business days from the request date. Requests made on weekends or public holidays will be processed within three (3) business days beginning from the next business day.
- Transfer fees will be charged to the customer’s account.

Palazzo Club provides a comprehensive payment ecosystem to ensure a convenient, secure, and compliant transaction experience for all registered members.

V. BANK TRANSFER POLICY
- To enhance convenience and security, Palazzo Club accepts buy-ins via bank transfer.

Palazzo Club accepts VND (Domestic) and USD (International) transfers using the provided bank details.

5.2 IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- Customer name and/or Membership Number must be clearly stated in transfer details; otherwise, payout cannot be completed.
- Transferred funds are strictly for gaming purposes.
- Cash withdrawals are not permitted; funds are converted into TITO tickets for gaming activity.
- Any unused portion will be returned to the original bank account.
- Refund transfers may take 1-3 business days.
- All transfers are subject to verification and regulatory compliance.
VI. MEMBERSHIP CARD PRESENTATION
To ensure accurate record-keeping and secure transactions:
- Customers must present their valid Membership Card for all transactions at the Cage counters.
- Failure to present a Membership Card may result in service delay or refusal.
VII. FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGE NOTICE
- All foreign currency exchange transactions are final and non-refundable.
- In accordance with banking regulations, Palazzo Club does not accept:
- Old or damaged notes
- Ink-stained, burnt, discolored, punched, or severely wrinkled currency
- Acceptance of foreign currency is at the discretion of the Cage and subject to verification.
VIII. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
- Palazzo Club operates in strict compliance with Vietnam laws and regulations.
- Palazzo Club reserves the right to interpret these policies in case of dispute.
