CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Admittance
Only foreigners and Vietnamese persons resettling abroad who hold a valid passport or laissez-passer and have entered Vietnam legally may access the Club. Identification must be presented prior to entry.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Gaming Areas for any reason and to vary these Conditions of Entry at any time. Persons entering these premises must take care of their own safety and the safety of other. They must not conduct themselves in a violent, quarrelsome, offensive, or indecent manner.
2. Operation Hours
The Palazzo Club operates 24/7, from 8:00 AM to 7:59 AM the next day, Monday to Sunday.
3. Guest Obligation
Adhere to all Company internal Policies and Procedures. All patrons are responsible for familiarizing themselves with gaming rules and regulations, as well as club rules and regulations governing the Gaming Areas before entry, and by entering, acknowledge a complete understanding and acceptance of them.
4. Minors, Protected Persons, Insolvents, and Civil Servants
Persons under the age of 18 years, protected persons, and insolvents must not enter or remain in the Gaming Area; Civil servants may only enter or remain in the Gaming Area while on their duties.
5. Proof of Age and Identity
Proof of age or identity may be required at any time.
6. Excluded Persons
A person who has been excluded must not enter or remain in the Gaming Areas. Offenders are subject to prosecution.
7. Substance Abuse
The Club practices responsible service of alcohol and prohibits the improper or unauthorized use of illicit substances. Intoxicated persons may be refused entry.
8. Surveillance
The Gaming Areas may be subject to continuous audit surveillance. By entering these premises, you acknowledge and agree that the Club may collect and use your image and likeness for any internal or legal requirement.
9. Prohibited Items and Use
Personal electronic devices, including cameras, must not be used at gaming tables. Dangerous, noxious, offensive, or illegal items or substances are prohibited in the Gaming Areas.
10. Inspection Of Bags and Cloakroom Use
Upon request, any person must allow inspection of any bag, package, or item (whether cloaked or not) in their possession when entering, leaving, or at any time while inside the Gaming Areas. Cloaking items is subject to the terms and conditions of the Cloakroom. The cloaking service is provided free of charge.
11. Gaming Offences
Any gaming license or any of its officers, employees, or agents who have probable cause to believe that any person has violated any provision of Vietnamese law prohibiting cheating in gaming may declare that person on the premises.
